Adding, editing, and deleting facilities

Register the facilities where inspections are performed so that they appear in inspection results and reports. Set up your facilities before you start.

Adding, editing, and deleting facilities

1. In the app, tap Menu at the bottom of the screen, then tap Facilities.
2. Add, edit, or delete a facility.
   • To add a facility
     Tap the + button, enter the following, then tap Register.
     • Facility Name (required)
     • Display Name (required)
     • Address 1
     • Address 2
     • Phone Number
   • To edit a facility
     Tap the pencil button to the right of the facility name, make your changes, then tap Save.
   • To delete a facility
     Select the checkbox to the left of the facility name, tap the trash button in the upper right, then tap OK to confirm.

Note: The phone number can be up to 20 characters. It accepts digits and symbols such as parentheses, spaces, and plus signs.
