Before you start
Once your account has been created, we send an email with your login information to your registered email address. Contact us if you have not received it or cannot find it.
Logging in

Install the app.
Search for "BRAKEPAD SCAN" in your app store, or use the links below.
- Start the app and tap Log In. The sign-in screen opens in your browser.
- Enter your Username (the email address you use to log in) and your Password, then tap Sign in.

The first time you log in, the Change password screen appears and you must set a new password.
Enter your new password in New password and Confirm new password, then tap Change password. Your password must meet all of the following.
- Password must be at least 11 characters
- Use a number
- Use a lowercase letter
- Use an uppercase letter
- Use a special character
After changing your password, enter your username and password again to log in.
You are now logged in.
If you cannot log in

If you do not know your email address
- Contact your administrator or contact us.

If you do not know your password
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password? to reset it.
- Enter the username (the email address you use to log in), then tap Reset my password.
- Enter the code in the email you receive, then set a new password.
