You can adjust brake pad measurement results manually. Use this when the measured value or the measurement position is wrong.
Before you start
- For how to register an inspection, see Creating an inspection.
Adjusting a measurement
- Tap the wheel you want to adjust to open the measurement result screen.
- Tap Edit at the bottom of the measurement result screen.
- The edit screen opens. You can change the Measured Value and Measurement Notes directly on this screen.
- To correct the measurement position itself, tap Adjust in the upper right of the image.
- Even when a measurement has failed, if the message asks you to adjust the position manually or retake the photo, you can tap Adjust and measure manually.
- The Adjust Measurement Position screen opens. Drag the endpoints of the green measurement line (top and bottom) to match the correct range of the brake pad (friction material).
- The dotted lines shown at the endpoints indicate the measurement range.
- Tap the back arrow in the upper left to return without applying your changes.
- When you have finished adjusting the position, tap Confirm. A message appears telling you that the existing measurement data will be overwritten. Check it, then tap OK.
- When the completion message appears, the measured value has been updated. The new value appears on the measurement result screen.
