Changing replacement settings

You can change the thresholds used to judge brake pad replacement and the messages that appear.

Changing replacement settings

1. In the app, tap Menu at the bottom of the screen, then tap Settings.
2. Tap Replacement Settings and change the thresholds and messages as needed.
   • OK
     • OK Message
   • Replace Soon
     • Replace Soon Threshold
     • Replace Soon Message
   • Replace Now
     • Replace Now Threshold
     • Replace Now Message
3. After editing, tap Save.

Each message can be up to 150 characters.

Tap Restore Default Values to return the thresholds and messages to their defaults.

Default thresholds

• Replace Soon Threshold: 5 mm or less
• Replace Now Threshold: 3 mm or less
