Important
When you reset your password, follow these guidelines to help prevent unauthorized access.
- Do not reuse a password from another service.
- Avoid passwords you have used before.
- Do not use information that others can easily guess, such as your name, date of birth, or phone number.
Password requirements
Your new password must meet all of the following.
- Password must be at least 11 characters
- Use a number
- Use a lowercase letter
- Use an uppercase letter
- Use a special character
You cannot reuse a password you have used before.
How to change or reset your password
You can change your password in either of the following ways.
1. From the sign-in screen
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password?
- If you are already logged in, log out first. See I want to log out.
- Enter the username you use to sign in, then tap Reset my password.
- Enter the code in the password reset email you receive, then set a new password.
2. From the Menu
- In the app, tap Menu at the bottom of the screen, then tap Account.
- Tap Password Change at the bottom of the screen.
- Check your email address, then tap Send Code.
- Enter the code in the password reset email you receive, then set a new password.
